How to Apply for lessons in September 2010

New applicant: Step1:  Choose the time and day that suits you best from the lesson schedule table found in the previous page

Step 2:  Read carefully about the lesson payment and policy, and fill out the application, right the cheques with proper dates as followed:

Half Hour lesson:  5 post-dated cheques of $140.00 dated September 1, 2010, November 1, 2010, January 1, 2011, March 1, 2011, May 1, 2011. Each cheque pays for 7 lessons for a total of 35 for the season.

Hour lesson: 5 post-dated cheques of $280.00. Dated September 1, 2010, November 1, 2010, January 1, 2011, March 1, 2011, and May 1, 2011. Each cheque pays for 7 lessons for a total of 35 for the season.

Special option for 2 Family students: 2 half hour lessons: 5 post-dated cheques of $259.00 dated September 1, 2010, November 1, 2010, January 1, 2011, March 1, 2011, May 1, 2011. Each cheque pays for 14 lessons for a total of 70 for the season.

Step 3:  Send the application form along with the post-dated cheques to Pedro Quintana P.0 Box 548, Grand Bend, On N0M 1T0.

Lesson Policy:

Students who miss a lesson due to illness will be offered a make-up time at the teacher’s convenience, 2 per season maximum. Students who do not show up without a previous 24-hour notice will be charged for the missed lesson.

I make a 35-lesson commitment per year to each student. It is required that the students, likewise study for the entire year. I rely on consistent attendance for continuous progress. Lessons will start on the second week of September 2010 and conclude mid-June after 35 lessons have been completed.

Any student opting out of their commitment to a full year of lessons will be charged a penalty equivalent to the cost of one full payment of 7 lessons. Any Cheques that are NSF will be subject to a 25.00 charge.
